Dance with me !

Somehow I'm in the mood to blog again. I've just written a short post on Primordial Dwarfism, and realised I hadn't updated much on myself.

You know, sometimes I dare not even visit my own blog, its like oh gosh, when am I going to update it again?? And looking at those stats of people visiting my blog, I feel really bad for those who clicks and clicks and clicks, just to find out that he hasnt updated. LOL!

People talk about peer pressure, nowadays I believe its BLOGer pressure.. haha

Truth is, I'm still dancing a lot everyday. Its almost a regular routine already. Currently I'm learning the Paso Doble, and Rumba.

This is a simple Rumba Gold routine (i think) which I feel was executed very sharply and clearly. Note all the hip action! If you think its easy, come and try it out! Free Trial classes at my house................ just kidding =D

Simple Rumba ( Gold also i think ) Beatiful foot work and hip action!

And now for my favourite Paso Dance Performance by Mario Lopex and Karina Smirnoff on Dancing with the Stars ; Karina the professional dancer, and Mario the Star.

Another Incredible performance.

Thats all for now.

Channel 77

I just watched a programme on Channel 77 (ASTRO) which featured a little girl called Kenadie, who has a rare dwarfism condition, which is believed to be linked to 'Majewski Osteodysplatic Primordial Dwarfism (MOPD) Type II' after being confirmed by a senior geneticist.

Primordial Dwarfism is a category of disorders with many subtypes. Its definition is vague but basically means that these children are profoundly growth delayed for their gestational age before birth and at birth.

-Quoted from PrimordialDwarfism.com

Being incredibly small as she is, a lot more care and attention is needed when it comes to raising her. Her parents will have to consistently send her for medical checks such as MRI scans over the years, to check for any potential threats to her condition. And with her fragile body, I believe she will have to be extra careful during activities indoor and outdoor.

The Programme is called 'Incredibly small : Kenadie's story' if i'm not mistaken. I was deeply touched by that programme as everyone else would be. Not only was it educational, but very inspiring at the same time. It was really difficult to wrap your minds around the reality of the images at first, but after awhile, you'd notice what natural sense of humor and charm she has. Indeed, she's a gift to Brianne and Court Jourdin Bromley of Ontario, Canada. I feel that everyone should watch it at least once, and be grateful for who we are today. I pray that she'll continue to live life as spiritedly as she was (on television) in the years to come. Thanks for sharing your story :)
